- Use real situations for us to tackle as a group
- Typically starts with a team diagnostic, followed by a debrief and jointly developed action plan
- Expert use of team and individual assessment tools
- Typically 3 – 6 months of coaching, including team observation, support for leaders and individual members
- Individual coaching sessions can be done in person or over Zoom or other teleconferencing app
- Often includes conflict coaching, and/or mediation for specific team members
- Total confidentiality, or agreement of information to be shared
