There is not one model for an ideal leader. My approach as an executive and leadership coach is to help clients see themselves clearly so they can evolve their best selves and reach personal, professional, and organizational goals.
It’s my responsibility to work with clients to ensure that they have the data to take stock of strengths and are equipped to tackle essential areas for growth.

- Customized process of discovery, clarification, assessment, action, and accountability
- Agreement on the parameters of the engagement — by individual and potentially his/her manager or HR manager
- Expert use of assessment tools – for yourself and others – and facilitation of frank, productive feedback conversations
- Typically 3 – 12 months of coaching in person or via Zoom or other teleconferencing app, including long-term plan for sustaining and supporting change
- Total confidentiality, or agreement of information to be shared
